Any individual who makes a purchase between November 19th and December 17th (Qualified Sales Period) at Geis Perry Jewelry is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding taxes and delivery charges, if it snows two inches or more (Insured Peril) at Geis Perry Jewelry, 419 Chestnut Street, Atlantic, Iowa (Designated Location) on Christmas Eve, December 24th (Insured Date), between the Insured Hours of 6 PM and Midnight (6 hours).
All purchases made during the above period are final. No returns or cancellations are permitted, but items can be exchanged for equal or greater value.
Individuals, who have made a purchase during the Qualified Sale Period, must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a Qualified Customer.
The Insured Peril will be measured at Geis Perry Jewelry, 419 Chestnut Street, Atlantic, Iowa (Designated Location) by Weather Watch. The official report will be the ONLY weather date relied upon in verifying the Insured Peril and whether refunds are to be made.
Please be advised that Geis Perry Jewelry will not be in a position to confirm the Insured Peril occurred until a minimum of seven (7) Business days after the Insured Date.
In the event the Insured Peril is met as defined in Rule #1 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to receive your refund.
Purchases made outside of the Qualified Sales Period and all sales taxes and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.
Geis Perry Jewelry reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
No purchase is necessary. You may also enter this Promotion by filling out an entry form. If the Insured Peril occurs, one entry will be randomly selected from all entries to win a $500 Geis Perry Jewelry Gift Certificate.
We have used our standard finalized sale accounting in determining the qualifying purchases between November 19th and December 17th. This is the standard that we use to calculate and pay our sales taxes and is accepted as a normal accounting procedure. This does not include items on layaway or special order items which have not been delivered to the customer as a finalized sale. This is how we calculated the amount for which we insured and dictates the sales for which we will be able to make the refunds.
In order to receive a refund, you will need to have your original sales receipt, or we can generate one at the store. You will also need a photo identification card. We will only make refunds to individuals whose names are on the account of the qualifying sale.
